Hydrosol is the condensate water coproduced during the steam or hydro-distillation of plant material.  The hydrosol contains the true essential oil as well as the water-soluble plant properties that are not available in any other process.  These are NOT essentials added to water.  They are not misters.  Refrigerate and use to cool hot flashes!
